John 2:13-22
Jesus throws the money changers out of the Temple. What is the 'Temple' for Christians? It isn't equivalent to 'the church'. Is it the human body - "the temple of the Holy Spirit", or something different? - 'The Father's House'? We name lots of places as places to worship God, but there are many un-named as well.
And what is wrong with this being a 'market place'? - It is when thoughts are for gain, not for God.
